TCN have just let another of the Temple Studio’s units to Atomic Smash, a website photography company. Nearly all of the units at Temple Studio’s now have holding deposits ready for January and we’ve got a great mix of creative companies who look promising to make the creative campus a huge success.
The appearance of the site is really starting to take shape as well, and we have some beautifully crafted planters being placed outside of Temple Studio’s made out of salvaged materials which will add some much needed greenery to the site.
We’re also now 100% let at Bristol and Exeter House, which is a fantastic achievement in the current lettings market. Uncoated Design, a design agency will be taking over the penthouse on the second floor, the last available office. We look forward to welcoming them as tenants.
