The LEP have developed The Graduate Talent Initiative together with 4 local universities – Bath Spa University, University of Bath, University of Bristol and University of the West of England.
The venture was announced at a joint UK Commission for Employment and Skills and BIS event, by Chairman Colin Skellett.
He said: “This initiative is aimed at encouraging businesses to make better use of the amazing resource that we have in our young students and graduates. We have a wealth of talent and world-class research capabilities within our sub-region and we must make sure that this potential is developed so that it can contribute to our economic growth.”
